Fees

JRL charges a flat 30% fee for the typical candidate placed.

However, situations do arise where a candidate works part-time or an existing client wants to fill a position that simply has a lower salary. JRL has contacts for many of those lower positions, and can usually be of assistance. The following fee schedule applies. Per industry standards, the employer (rather than the candidate) pays all fees.

Our fees are on a contingency basis and are payable only if an employee is hired, directly or indirectly, through our efforts.

The placement fee is based upon the position's estimated total compensation for the first year. For positions paying commissions, bonus, or other incentives, with or without salary, we reserve the right to include a reasonable estimate of such first year's compensation. This estimate is not subject to reduction or increase after placement.

Fees are due and payable within five (5) days of employee's starting date. If our fee is paid within (5) days of starting date, our guarantee is extended to (60) days total. If our fee is not paid within (30) thirty days of invoice date, our guarantee is void. If litigation is necessary for collection of fees, you will be charged for all court, attorney and related services.
