Larry E. Eason, President

Prior to founding JRL Executive Recruiters, Larry E. Eason joined Sales Recruiters of Kansas City, Missouri, in 1981 as a Recruiter and ultimately became Director for Executive Recruitment, where he recruited for engineering and manufacturing including upper level management positions. Larry has Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering, and has more than 20 years experience in the fields of engineering, utilities, manufacturing, and construction for commercial & Industrial developments with 20 years of executive search experience. He is a member of the National, Missouri and Kansas City chapters of the Personnel Consultants Association, Who's Who In U.S. Executives. He is also a Former Black & Veatch Consulting Engineers employee - Civil Sanitary Division and Process Division - Formally The Prichard Corporation.

Michael J Baker, Vice President of Sales and Recruiting – North Kansas City, Mo. Office

Michael received his degrees from Missouri Western State in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. He received his Master’s from Midwestern. His areas of expertise include a wide range of subjects in sales and marketing and administration, training, strategy, and team relationships, management, new business development, and risk management, including the financial and transportation industries. Prior to joining JRL Executive Recruiters, he was President and Chairman of BMI Inc.

James M. Eason, P.E. - Vice President/Manager of Atlanta, Ga. Office

Jim has 11 years of executive search experience with Bachelor of Science In Mechanical Engineering and Is a Registered Professional Engineer In several states. Jim has directed projects and performed administrative duties in commercial & governmental developments, industrial, manufacturing, and design and construction of facilities throughout the United States.
